Location scouting in Portland Oregon

Hey everyone. I am looking for a location for a shoot in the Portland area. Hoping to find a place with that classic heavily used/abandoned industrial area look for some interior shots.

The places does not have to be an actual abandoned industrial building. I am just looking for a vibe along those lines. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
